Dream-Quest really does offer such a cavalcade of monsters! Here we get a passing reference, in half a sentence, of sentient gaseous beings! 

Since I had already done the shapeless elemental from The Horror At Red Hook, I wanted this one to be a bit different but related. My idea was that these are the same genus, different species. One on earth and one from a 'distant part of space'.

In the old vs new you can see the eyes are much different and the gas is much more pale or transparent.

Ok everyone! I'm gonna be on a vacation for two weeks so no new monsters for a bit. I already have 3 redrawing finished and ready to go so it shouldn't be too long after I get back that I get back into things.
