Here's another one with a prominent eye! I really wanted to redraw this because the eye was so central to the design. I also wanted the tentacles to be not so symmetrical, so I had one of them slighting raised so you could see underneath.
The urhag is one of those HPL creatures that's mentioned so briefly that it has barely entered the lore at all. The illustrations are few and far between. I've also found that my design has become featured on the H.P. Lovecraft Wiki so it's kind of canon now. I can't tell if this is because of the quality of my design or just because no one else has bothered to illustrate it lol!
