This one was extensively redrawn. I know the most visible part, the brain/eyes, are still basically the same but the "body" was completely overhauled. It looks much more like steam or vapor now than it did.
As far as other illustrations go...there's nothing that I can find. This one's so obscure that I don't even see illustrations from Chaosium supplements or video games.
